For years Tenants have faced a "wild west" situation when it comes to signing a residential tenancy agreement in Ontario.
This has been delayed for far too long. Yet it is good news for the future and a good FIRST STEP in controlling landlords and bringing the rule of law to the Ontario residential rental industry.

Who cares. Anyone with a brain can just read any lease and don't sign it if you don't like it.
Maybe they should have done something for people who don't speak or read English or something.
