I don't have the time nor the motivation to keep this house as a rental... it's a very good opportunity for an investor that wants good tenants that are very clean, take care of the property and always pay rent on time. There is a 4 year lease left and the tenants love the place so they won't be moving... you're guaranteed rent for the next 4 years, then you can flip the house and make even more profit... rentals are not for me... let me know if you are interested and we can get in touch with the realtor
