Wonder why this service is so little known? You would think the tenant groups would make this a huge tool to help tenants, with marketing, media. Strange they never mentioned it at any of the tenant schools or meetings I go to.

The problem is this is all FACTS.

Our taxes are paying for a gov't "Landlord Police" that tenants can call and then the gov't calls the landlord and they give you a shake down.

"$25,000 POTENTIAL FINE". "$50,000 POTENTIAL FINE." If you agree to what the tenants ways we will not punish you as much as we could...it's your choice."
