The only success is for the landlord/owner who will continue to earn parasitic rents for doing nothing more than mortgage fraud and collecting tenants hard earned money!

This is horrible and illustrates why small landlords abuse families.

We really need to look into the mortgage fraud issue IMHO.

Landlords should be forced to provide all the financial details of who owns the property, what their mortgage is, who is providing the mortgage and proof everything is legitimate.
