Lee,

To be honest neither do I! I am more than willing to work with you were neither one of us lose.

I am very honest and fair and I understand that you too would have to benefit financially from this.

Perhaps, if you are willing, fair trade of a live in unit and a bit of dollar ckmpensation? Not too sure how you would feel about such an offer. I know this is common here in Hamilton.

Fairly decent write off for you too.

My best advice is to ask other LL's on this forum for their take on it.

I'm looking at a couple of places in Hamilton now and have contacted a couple PM companies to see what they charge.

That charge will be included in my calculation regarding whether to invest in Hamilton or not.

I see some cash flow properties, although I don't really like Hamilton very much.

Cheap houses? Ask yourself why. Lots of run down properties and not a lot of tenants who would be considered prime time.

I appreciate that advice. Some of the places make me think "if this is making so much cash flow why is the landlord selling??"
