I vetted some interested potential renters but changed my mind and decided to sell the unit - it was my primary residence. For 1 bedroom + den + 2 full baths it's about $1400 - $1500/month in down town Mississauga. My friend is renting out a smaller unit 1+ 1 but only 1 full bath for $1350/month in the sister bulding City Gate 1. I am in City Gate 2.
