13 rental units; listing broker has all the data. Not a bad location in Town.

One of the reasons I fired to the board was I felt it might be one of those rare cases
where you could debate whether or not to live onsite by occupying and possibly converting one or two of the rental units.

Know the bad hastle side of that but if you are older and want investment income and living space combined might be a rare case to consider it especially if you can sell investment and residential properties.

Just a thought.
