This thing is right on. Its tough to find a good place so tenants need to make sure they stay where they are and make sure the landlord fears them so they wont dare try to evict because if they do you will flood the place and call the city to fix the flood and the holes in the drywall and all the other problems in the crappy slum. lords house you are cursed to live in.

here you have it folks
some of these tenants are so brazen as to advertise their illegal actions all over the internet- yep some of them get a real kick out of damaging their landlords' property then calling in the by-law department

We have lots of people on here admitting to lots of illegal actions. Some people suck whether LL or tenant.
