There are very few cases where the landlord isn't responsible.
20 years of attending fires tells me that is NOT true.
My personal experience has shown that most fires in the GTA occur in residential rental properties and it is almost always the fault of the tenant.

No. Firefighters are not honest and non-biased. The are unionists who are biased and cannot be trusted. Of course they want to make tenants look bad.
