What happened to the fat ugly guy who started the free credit check Ponzi scheme?

I read he was trying to make money selling Tenants personnel data but got caught and it all collapsed in 2020 and he weighed 400 lbs and his wife left him.

Also lowlife landlords were ecstatic for freebies and screwing Tenants.

He still alive?
