Our true goal is to ban residential evictions. Period.
The real problem is these free legal aid for tenant types are destroying small landlords who don't have time to become "legal experts". It's so unfair.
And why I sold.

Some landlords out there will try to intimidate good tenants, especially seniors, and they have lots of rent money to hire bad lawyers (like in my favorite shows LA Law and Boston Legal).
It's important that tenants in need get free expert legal help because it's free for us but the landlord who tried to play legal tricks will end up paying huge legal fees and won't try this tactic again.

Unfortunately some tenant groups have lost their spit and vinegar.
We need all tenant groups to be aggressive and lobby the government at all levels. Where is the aggression we need?
