I don't disagree with you about the condo rents. But it's misleading to claim "rents are falling across all sectors" when it isn't true. The vast majority of renters don't live in (post 2018) condos because they can't afford the higher rents and the lack of rent controls.
I don't blame you for the misleading statement. As I mentioned in my post, the same kind of misinformation is being spread frequently by the state funded "news" media.
