Rusty wrote:Dave you are blowing my mind. A close friend of mine was just in Cochrane last week & told me the couldn't get into the Best Western or The Station Hotel. All the motels were booked but there was a room available in a not so fancy bed & breakfast.

Due to the miners who were changing their two week shift, almost everything was sold out.

What are u planning to do with your land? If you don't mind telling.

Rent in Gold ...too funny.
Rusty:

What you are seeing is in advance of the boom, construction phase. Mine is not forecast to start production until late 2012/early 2013.

Land can be purchased. I have 2 parcels. This is the ad for one.

The other one is smaller @ 75 acres. Both about 10 - 15 minutes from town on year round road. The big one is within 100 yards of a large northern River (Frederickhouse River).

Yes I do but this is not something I can easily explain. Where are you located. I live an hour east of metro Toronto.

Use ad to contact me if you want to get together. You can get an idea of some my holdings if you click Purhasers other ads in the ad reference including commercial holdings.

My big problem right now is I am swamped with opportunities.

Northern Alex:

Where are you based in North. Miners / Construction workers do not have reputation as being gentle tenants so would want property management to be based in the town. After election last month still debating what I want to do even for this opportunity.
