Folks, new to this fourm, but my partner and I are agents and we currently also do FSBO or mere listing on TREB MLS and realtor.ca for a flat fee of $99+HST. What this product be feasible for landlords out there? Look for some honest opinions here we we can target accordingly.

* You determine contract length for listing on MLS® (Max. 6 month)
* Nationwide Listing on Realtor.ca & Agent MLS
* 9 Seller provided Property Photos uploaded on MLS®
* Three Listing Revisions & Amendments
* The option to pay $0.01 commission to any agents, up to whatever amount you desire (if any)
